Definitions
"Organiser" refers to the individual or organisation organising events and/or clubs through the Website.
"You" refers to an individual registering for an account and/or event and/or club through https://www.fullonsport.com the "Website" and "Your" shall be interpreted accordingly.
- Who are we and how to contact us
1.1 https://www.fullonsport.com is a site operated by Event Branding UK Ltd under the brand name Full On Sport. We are registered in England and Wales under company registration number: 11748295 and have our registered office at 137 Peniel Green Road, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9BA.

- Terms of Website Use
2.1 These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tell you the terms on which you may use our Website. Use of our Website includes registering to use our Website, accessing, browsing, uploading content to our site, making contact with other users on our site, link to our site and interaction with our site in any other way.
2.2 Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.
2.3 If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use the Website and are advised to leave the Website immediately.
2.4 Full On Sport reserves the right to change, update or modify any part of these terms without notice and any modified terms will apply to your subsequent use of our Website. Every time you wish to use our website please check these terms of use so that you are aware of any updates.
2.5 If any court or regulator decides that any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
2.6 These terms and conditions and the Website are governed by UK law. Disputes will be dealt with by reference to the UK courts.
- Other Applicable Terms
Any personal information collected from you or that you provide on our Website shall be collected, stored and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of our Website.
- Registering for Events and/or Clubs
4.1 By registering for an event using our Website you are confirming that you have read and agree to any event and/or club requirements and/or terms and conditions in respect of the event which are contained on the relevant event's pages or referred to therein. If you have any questions regarding these requirements or terms and conditions, please contact Full On Sport or the relevant Organiser.
4.2 You must be at least 16 years old to register and enter events on the Website. For individuals who are under 16 who would like to enter an event through our Website, such entries must be made by a parent or guardian.
4.3 When entering events and/or clubs on behalf of other people you must obtain their permission to provide Us with their personal data before you enter it into our website. You must also ensure that they have been made aware of and read any event and/or club information (including these terms and conditions) displayed or referred to on our Website or any relevant website for the event and that they have agreed that you can accept our terms on their behalf.
4.4 You may not change the identity of the registered user, however, when an event and/or club has been entered by you, changes may be made to the registered details through the Website. Where any changes are attempted to be made to the identity of a registered user, any entries to events and/or clubs by such registered user shall be cancelled without refund.
4.5 To register for an event, you must provide a valid email address so that we can send you confirmation of your registration and of any entries you make.
4.6 Once registered with our Website you will have the option to associate your account with any Facebook, Twitter, Strava or Garmin accounts you have. Please note that any personal information on Facebook, Twitter, Strava or Garmin shall be dealt with in accordance with their respective privacy policies and Full on Sport has no control over how your information is used, stored and/or deleted by such third parties.
- Your Account Details
5.1 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
5.2 We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
5.3 If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at support@fullonsport.com
- Payments and Refunds
6.1 If you make a payment by credit/debit card through our Website, this will be processed by Stripe (our registered payment merchant). Full On Sport does not collect or retain any of your financial information.
- Uploading Content to the Website
7.1 The content standards apply to any and all material you contribute to our website (“Contribution”), and to any interactive services associated with it. These standards apply to each part of any Contribution as well as to its whole.
7.2 Full on Sport will determine, in its discretion, whether a Contribution breaches the content standards.
7.3 A Contribution must:
(a) be accurate (where it states facts);
(b) be genuinely held (where it states opinions); and
(c) comply with the laws applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.
7.4 A Contribution must not:
(a) be defamatory of any person;
(b) be obscene, offensive, hateful and inflammatory;
(c) promote sexually explicit material;
(d) promote violence;
(e) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
(f) infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
(g) be likely to deceive any person;
(h) breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
(i) promote any illegal activity;
(j) be in contempt of court;
(k) be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
(l) be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
(m) impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
(n) give the impression that the Contribution emanates from Full on Sport, if it is not the case;
(o) advocate, promote, incite any party to commit or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse;
(p) contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism;
(q) contain any advertising or promote any services or weblinks to other sites.
7.5 You warrant that any such Contribution complies with the standards set out at 7.3 and 7.4 and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your failure to adhere to the standards.
7.6 Any content uploaded to the website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all ownership rights for the content but grant Full On Sport and other users of the Website a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties only for the purposes of any events and/or clubs organised through the Website.
7.7 Full On Sport will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you of the Website.
7.8 Full On Sport has the right to remove any posting made on the Website if, in our opinion, the post does not comply with the content standards set out at 7.3 and 7.4.
- Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All intellectual property of Full On Sport such as copyright, trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Full On Sport.
8.2 By using the Website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Full On Sport and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, duplicating, printing, re-selling, or exploiting for commercial purposes any material contained within or derived from the Website, save as otherwise licensed under these conditions.
- Accessing the Website
9.1 We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

10.1 We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
10.2 You are responsible for configuring your own information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.

(f) to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs, other material or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

12.1 You may link to the Website home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
12.2 You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

- Acceptable Use
14.1 Any use by you of the Website will be :
(a) in accordance with the contents standards;
(b) respectful to other Organisers and registered users;
13.2 with the express permission of the owner of the material;
13.3 in accordance with any specific rules of any event or competition that You participate in on or via the Website. Unless we tell you otherwise, all prize draws and competitions offered via the Website are only open to people resident in the United Kingdom.
- Breach of these Terms
14.1 When we consider that a breach of these terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
14.2Failure to comply with these terms constitutes a material breach upon which you are permitted to use our Website and may result in Us taking all or any of the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Website;
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our Website;
- Issue a warning to you;
- Legal proceedings against you for the reimbursements of all costs on an indemnity basis (including but not limited to, reasonably administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- Further legal action against you;
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
14.3 We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these terms. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above and we may take any other action we reasonably consider appropriate.
